Dr. Purav Desai graduated from New York University in 2007 with honors on the dean’s list. To further his education, Dr. Desai was trained in IV sedation, removal of impacted wisdom teeth, complicated extractions, and hospital dentistry at the Seton Hall University Residency Program. Dr. Desai is a member of the American Dental Association and the Local Dental Society. He continues to further his education by taking numerous continuing education courses to provide the most advanced treatment to his patients. In 2019 alone, Dr. Desai completed over 200 hours of continuing education dental courses.

Outside of the office, Dr. Desai loves watching NFL games and spending time with his wife of 11 years and 5 year old son. The two loves of his life are family and dentistry.
